The walkthrough

A review agent opens with a verdict, a risk and effort read, and a short ranked list of things actually worth looking at — each linked to the exact line, grounded on the real diff. Start there, then drop into the full diff where it matters.

Drafted, not published

Inline comments are drafted locally against the real diff and sit there until you accept them. When you do, they publish as one batched GitHub review. Reject a comment with a reason and it is remembered for next time.

Nothing reaches GitHub without you. There is no path where an agent posts a review on your behalf.

Shipping

Mark files reviewed as you go, send comments back for a fix, and publish when you accept. octomux spots the PR by branch and closes the task when it merges — moving the card, and the linked ticket with it.
